In a wide variety of GCSE courseworks yours has to stand out. It is easy to do if two things are presented. First one is writing a GCSE coursework correctly. Another one is using some special techniques to make a GCSE coursework unforgettable in a good meaning.

Making a GCSE coursework stand out in a good way is possible. Here is how:

  • Keep up with the class. A GCSE coursework has become a very popular pedagogical tool. It checks students’ knowledge, and the grades for a GCSE coursework usually determine a lot in their future. However, since a GCSE coursework is just a checking of material studied in class, make sure you have all the notes and know what was learned.
  • Study. This is not surprising. To write a good GCSE coursework you have to know what to write about. Even if you orient in topic easily, going over the notes will not be useless.

Apart from classical hints for writing GCSE courseworks there exist some secret weapons of influencing a grade. There are a few ideas to make a GCSE coursework even better than it already is.

  1. Hint number one. Provide a GCSE coursework with an executive summary. A good way to tell the readers what the writing is about is including an abstract. Normally this part is required to be at least 250 words long. In a GCSE coursework, however, an executive summary can be only about a hundred words long. Still, keep in mind that the one and only rule of an abstract is brevity and clarity combined with usefulness. This rule is applicable to the GCSE coursework as well.
  2. Headings and subheadings help. They visually break a GCSE coursework in parts, make it easier to read, and if the headings are not only informative but a bit motivating, a GCSE coursework turns into a good writing that grabs attention.
