Quality
It is the very first thing you will worry about when ordering a custom written dissertation. We will provide the top quality dissertation as it will be written by one of our skilled writers, proofread and edited by our staff editors, checked for plagiarism by our customer support and only then sent to you along with the FREE plagiarism report, which ensures uniqueness of your custom written dissertation.
Note, if you still have any plagiarized instances detected in your custom written dissertation, you will have to contact us with solid proofs within 14 days after the deadline, so that we can investigate the matter and recalculate the price (if needed). The amount of refund will depend on the % of plagiarism.
- Late delivery
In case your custom written dissertation cannot be completed on time and is late for any reason, we will warn you via phone or e-mail, recalculate the price, and issue a refund according to the new deadline.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the work of your server; in this case YourDissertatio.com is not responsible for the late delivery.
Notes:
1. Complete instructions must be provided before a writer is assigned to your project. If extra materials were sent later than the writer assign took place, we cannot be held responsible for a delay.
2. If an order is set on revision, the new deadline specified by you is excluded from the original deadline.
3. If you choose to extend a deadline on your own, the order is not eligible for recalculation due to late service delivery.

If we have failed to assign a writer to your order, you will get your money back guaranteed.
- Specific instructions
Custom written dissertation of yours requires following specific instructions? We will do it with pleasure. Just make sure you provide consistent instructions on your order so that the writer knows exactly what to do.
Note, we are not liable for inconsistent instructions, however if they were exact, you are welcome to revise your custom written dissertation as many times as needed. Time for revision is not included into the overall deadline.
- Delays
Order deadline may be delayed in case some additional instructions are sent short before the deadline. This way the writer is not able to complete a custom written dissertation within the deadline set and needs more time.
Please note, if you want to change your instructions (after/before the deadline once the work is started), you will have to submit additional payment for the order.
- Order cancellation
If you have decided to cancel your current order, you are welcome to turn to our customer support available 24/7 and do so. We will return your money immediately.
Remember, if there is a writer assigned to your custom written dissertation and the work has been started, the maximum amount of refund in case of cancellation will be 40% of the total price of you order.
If you choose to cancel your order after a payment is submitted and before a writer is assigned, you cover the transaction costs, which constitute 20% from order total.
